What’s your favorite rapid and what makes it special?
My favorite rapid is Meatgrinder because it’s the longest and one of the more technical rapids on the South Fork. I love the feeling of hitting a clean line, and guests love the big splashes and waves!
Why do you love working at Mother Lode River Center?
I love working at Mother Lode because it’s such a tight-knit community in a beautiful place. It’s amazing to introduce people to the river and the joy of whitewater rafting.
What’s one of your favorite adventures?
One of my favorite adventures was trekking to the summit of Chandrashila in India and rafting the upper Ganges.
