The Wilderness Tournament begins with an expedition scenario. Utilizing information provided within the scenario, students begin exploring the 19+ acres of the River Center, traveling to different stations as they learn skills necessary to survive in the wilderness.

How about adding a rafting trip on the South Fork American Gorge? This special addition to the Wilderness Tournament will allow the students to put their new skills to the test. Each raft will have an experienced professional river guide to take them down the Gorge. Each student will be responsible for paddling with their team members to help the guide navigate the rivers currents. This fantastic experience gives the students memories that last a lifetime.

We recommend a minimum group size of 10 students. Contact our office at 530-626-4187 for more information.
